Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children when using existing beds. It must be paid at the property upon check in. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old may stay for free using the existing beds. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. When booking more than 9 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $130,000 COP per night. Dogs and cats are welcome. One per room (up to 13 kg). Pets cannot be left unattended. Select rooms only; restrictions apply. To request pet-friendly rooms, please contact the property at the number on your booking confirmation. If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child). If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.
For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
