You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD $50 credit card pre authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. A surcharge of AU $90 applies for arrivals after 12:00 midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note parking is located at the Wilson's Adelaide Central car park (the David Jones car park) at 225 North Terrace (directly opposite the Art Gallery of South Australia). We offer 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour exit passes offered for a fee of AU$25 per 24 hour period for the car park. No reservation or pre-booking is required. You can park in any of the casual bays (level 2 and above) and then purchase an exit ticket from reception on check in.
